What do you get for all of this hard work? You start out at 10% of all income from our talent. Since you are also going to be working as you train, you will receive 90% of what you bring in. Our talent will be making premium numbers...as we provide premium talent only. The goal then is you will move up to 20% as our talent improves through your help. The final goal is full partner.
